Having problems building my pc

I'm building my pc and first off it was fine I installed Windows and steam, then it shut off and wouldn't start, so I thought it was the power supply so I swapped that out for a CX750 but it didn't work any help??
My specs are
Motherboard- Asus H110M-A
CPU- i7 6700
RAM- hyper X 8gb
Graphics card- R9 390 powercolor
PSU- CX750
Hdd- 2tb seagate
optical drive- one off an old build

Regarding doubts with building/assembling your PC for the first time it's a good idea to go through the tutorial linked below. Can you please state which OS you're currently working off of? In the meantime, please make sure that your motherboard BIOS and chipset drivers are all up to date. If you're operating on Windows 10, you'd be better served to disable automatic device driver update feature before uninstalling and reinstalling your drivers any further.

On a side note, I'd ask you to take a look at getting a unit for your system while referencing this tier list following this article for GPU/system power draw.
