Hello!
I am the only user in this Windows 7 operating system, I have admin rights and i'm the owner. This is funny because I don't even own full rights, when I try to delete something for example from program files, it says "this needs admin rights to delete/continue" (not straight transition as my OS is not in English). Also when I want to use the internet time, there comes error saying "You don't have enough rights to perform this operation. Ask help from administrator."
Can you please help me getting the full admin rights?

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit (activated)
AMD Athlon II X3 460
Radeon R7 240 2gb
8GB DDR3 ram
