HI
I use this setup:
Asus Z10PE-D8 WS Mainboard
Xeon E5-2620 V3 CPU x 2
ASUS Strix R9390X 8GB
Kingston 4 x 16GB Reg Ecc 2133Mhz Memory
500GB Samsung SSD
Win7Pro

I have mounted the pci-e card in slot 5 (cpu2) and slot1 (cpu1) what is the best configuration? 3d mark show best result in slot 5.

After some testing, cpu is now @4100Mhz peak, and stable 12% clocking of cpu.
The memory is still stuck at 1866, and do not show any change..

Gpu is stable @1090Mhz

In startup nothing does change in bios, anyone know the reason for this?
any hints for how to make the changes in memory / Bios?

I hope for an good answer, and wish you all a nice day :)

As you know this cpu supports memory up to 1866 mhz. From my experience, I can only able to overclock the memory up to 1936.4 mhz. Above this value nothing changes.
Also I want to ask you how you overclock 2620v3 to 4.1 Ghz. I can only overclock it up to 3321 mhz and which means that only %4...

Anyone with any experience on this mainboard?
As i wrote, Bios does not show any changes during post, or inside bios, but tests show a different result.
Memory stays unchanged, and would love to find any explination to find the right way in Bios.

i now use 2x16GB 2133Mhz memory in slot A1+B1 and E1+F1, some testprograms does say 4 way, others say 2 way. To get 4 ways, does every slot need to be in use?

Wish ya all a nice weekend :)

If you want to get 4 ways, you need to fill all eight ram ports on the motherboard.
Waiting your reply. Thanks.

Thanks m8, you did point out the obvious reason i forgot, cpu limit on memory :) I use my mainboard futures to clock, and increase slowly the power to cpu, and the same on memorybank, and tveak on GPU :) I guess this means it will newer show any higher than 1866, even clocked. Are using the system stable on default now, since time to try and have fun is out of reach at the moment.
Have a lovely week :)

You did not gave the answer how you overclocked the cpu up to 4100mhz peak. It is a very big results on a xeon and it is nearly % 29 percent overclock. Again can you please share your exact bios settings. Thanks.
