Which Graphics Card is Better?

Im trying to make a decision between two graphics cards the

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 04G-P4-3975-KR 4GB SSC GAMING w/ACX 2.0+, Whisper Silent Cooling Graphics Card

and the

If its even relevant my build is
CPU : Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-DGS R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Team Elite Plus 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB FTW ACX 2.0 Video Card
Case: Corsair 780T ATX Full Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

PS. ive already bought everything but the video card so please dont try and tell me what to change on my build

I would go with the FTW because of its higher clock speed and lower power draw. Yes, the SSC has a better cooler, but that's not a fair comparison between the two because the SSC produces more heat than the FTW.

The amount of processing cores, amount of memory, memory bus width, memory speed, display connectors and maximum amount of supported displays is the same between the two. Which means that the FTW is the better card because it has a higher clock speed while still producing less heat than the SSC.
