I rmaed a G2 EVGA 650w power supply and got the same one but 650w P2 back

Is this one better than the power supply i originally had i think they did this as this was the second time i had to rma in a month so big up EVGA for that i just wanted to ask if it is better than the G2 as i know it is not the same series thankfully all the wires are compatible.

I think the G stands for gold and P for platinum efficiency so it should be a better PSU.

More energy efficient , Platinum Certified , I own the 1000w P2 and love it.

Very very good PSU.
