What is my bottleneck?

I have quiet an old CPU but its overclocked to 4.0 ghz. i have an R9 290x so i can't help but wonder why i can't use it to its full potential.

OS: Windows 10
RAM: 8gb 1600mhz
MOBO: AAHD2-HY rev 1.03
CPU: A6-3650 Llano with AMD Radeon HD 6530D graphics.
GPU: R9 290x

The guys i game with keep telling me i should have more than enough power to run games like The Division easily so i came here for more help. Thank you!

Yep it looks like you need a CPU upgrade if you want to solve the bottleneck problem. I recommend saving up for a newer CPU that is fine for gaming.

Eg.

Intel i5-4690k
Intel i7-4770k or 4790k

These are some great gaming CPUs that are very popular and extremely reliable and Intel is generally more used than AMD especially for gaming.

I plan on getting an 8350, already have new ram and parts just need the CPU and MOBO, thanks for the info.
