that cpu has some bottleneck issues with higher end gpu's. My advice maybe update your cpu,ram n board. Then save up for a new graphics card.

I wouldn't get much more than a Geforce 750 TI. Any more than that and you're likely to be CPU bound.

Get a GTX 750Ti. Anything higher is bottlenecked.

You really don't want to go AMD. The GTX 750Ti has the best vfm.

Post your power supply, unless you have a good one there isn't a good recommendation for an AMD card.

2) You don't really want to go lower than a GTX 750Ti. Which resolution do you use?

From India? That is a cheap PSU, I think the GTX 750Ti will work. Or else you need a better PSU.

Yes, don't buy a Radeon 260x with that PSU. It has a 115W TDP, double that of the GTX 750 TI.
