My external hdd, I needed it to be formatted to fat32 but during the process, my power had gone out and now I cannot access it without it saying that windows needs to format it to use it which has about 916gb of data on it. I use AOMEI to recover the data but it shows "orphaned files" and 70% and takes awhile.

My question is will my data be intact and still there after it recovered it?

Highly doubtful.
And if it does manage to recover some files, doubtful it would be in the same filename and structure as original.
Maybe something like file0001, file0002, etc.

This is what backups are for.

If this was your 'backup', then the same files still exist in the original location, right?
A backup is a second copy., not the only copy.

70%?
70% of an image file is a 100% broken image file.
