Which components (especially CPU and GPU) should I use to build my PC (used for Gaming and daily tasks)?

Hello!
I want to build a PC (for Gaming and my daily chores) under a tight budget of Rs. 40000/$600.

I've selected on some of the components like RAM, Case, Power Supply.
But as of now I'm getting confused over which processor and GPU should I purchase since my budget is really tight (Rs. 40000/$600).

I considered using AMD FX-8320 firstly but later found out that A10 7850K has better ratings on many sites but still they recommended FX. (The difference in prices of A10 7850K and FX-8320 is hardly Rs. 1000/$15)
Also tried considering Intel i5 but since it is damn costly I dropped the idea.

Also I considered using GeForce GTX 750 Ti for my built but if I find some way to get a better GPU then I'm ready to use that (if it happens to be into my budget).

I have no problem with Intel processors. If you guys can provide a better config with it into the budget you are most welcome.
P.S : I've already purchased some components as Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600 (RAM) and Optical Drive (and a PSU which I can replace for a better component if any)

P.P.S : Also there's exclusion of Monitor, HDD and other peripherals from my budget. (This is the 1st time I'm building a PC)

Can anybody please clear my confusions and help me decide on my PC Config under this budget?

Thank You!

Intel i5 4460 is a bit cheaper and slower than 4690k, but still plenty fast enough and really good value for money.
Fx8230 and A10 7850k are both outdated technology - two generations behind Intel. Each AMD core can only do half the work of an intel core, but AMD CPU use more electricity and produce more heat.
Intel also sell i3 CPU. These have only 2 cores, which would be OK if they were priced at half the cost of a 4 core i5 CPU. But they are not.....
Best value for money is an i5. Once you have one, you probably won't need a new processor and motherboard until the year 2023

It maybe a good idea to also post places were you plan to buy your equipment from since some part that people my suggest aren't the same price in your country or just may not be available where your located at

By far the best value for money in my country is a i5 4460 and a h81 motherboard. Other stuff is cheaper, but far slower.
If you get this CPU and Mobo, it will last well over 5 years before you need an upgrade.
Every thing else in the PC is less important. You can easily change your GPU or add more memory when you can afford it.
But if you need to change your motherboard, you have to install a new copy of windows and re-install all your programs, which is a lot more work.

@ladders what is the difference between Intel i5-4690 and other versions Vs. AMD FX 8320 Vs. A10 7850K btw?

And Intel i5 is much costlier at my location worth Rs 15k about 4k more than FX 8320

I've chosen Intel Core i5-4440 for my build and also considering whether to choose between GTX 750 Ti or 950.
I'm damn confused in choosing a good Motherboard. I've found MSI H97 PC Mate for just Rs. 7000/$105 but I'm a bit concerned about it as I've read on some thread that it doesn't support Integrated Graphics and also it doesn't support Chassis fan support while comparing it on some site. I want to get H97 mo-bo since it can also support any future updates and also had a lot of expansion slots.
Also which would be a better choice an ATX or micro-ATX? (The micro ATX are cheaper but it won't allow much expansion for any later changes)

Can you guys please help me with the motherboard and a better GPU?

P.S : I don't want to purchase any SSD righ now.

Thanks!

Most computers have one graphic card, 2 or 3 disk drives and 2 memory modules!
All the other slots and features often go un-used!!
My H81 motherboard works great.
Buy a mobo with more features only if you think you are going to use them.

Personally I like Gigabyte and Asus motherboards and GPUs because they have never yet let me down (unlike MSI and Asrock)

@lodders I do understand any I even thought of using a H81 or H85 for the build but then I thought that H97 would be good as it could support 5th Gen processors (in case I have plans for future updates) and the mo-bo is about $15 costlier than H81 so.
And some of my friends are recommending to use R9 270 over GTX 950 but I've thoroughly compared both and GTX seems to be the Winner (recommended by many sites over R9 270). Also the R9 270 is quite costlier at my location.
Should I go with GTX 950 or R9 270?

Also the micro-ATX version for Gigabyte H97M-D3H is available for almost the same price as for MSI H97 PCMate. So should I go and get Gigabyte (which is Micro-ATX) or get MSI H97 PCMate (which is an ATX)?

It will be a long time before you need to upgrade your 4440 CPU, and 5th generation CPUs only benefit onboard graphics. By the time you need an upgrade, 6th and probably 7th Generation will all be dead and gone. You don't need a motherboard that will allow you to upgrade your CPU.

GTX 950 and R9 270 are both very good. You will be very happy with either.

A micro ATX board is nice because you can build it into a smaller case. I have never needed the additional expansion slots that come on a ATX board.

@lodders That helped a lot buddy! Thanks for the clarifications.
so I'm gonna get the H81 then. I'm going to mount that in Cooler-Master K380. And using a 450W PSU for the build.

450W PSU will just about be enough. I have 500W
The most important thing is DO NOT buy a cheap power supply.
Toms hardware has a PSU tier list. Go for Tier 3 or better.
