Only half of RAM being detected in BIOS and DXDIAG(16GB)? But 32GB is being detected in CPU-Z?

Note: I have 32GBs DDR4 2800HZ G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 RAM

I recently force shut down my PC which made my overclocking fail in the BIOS, so I reloaded my profile and then I noticed that only half of my RAM was being detected by the BIOS. I then went into windows and then noticed on DXDIAG only half is being detected which is 16GB, but on CPU-Z 32GBs are being detected, I don't know what to do but this isn't the first time this has happened, I remember this happened with the same PC about a year ago and I can't remember how I fixed it, I've also tried resetting my BIOS settings to default and still only 16GBs were being recognized. Could maybe raising my voltage of my RAM fix it? I really have no idea on what to do and would appreciate any help.

Solution

Thanks for the reply, but I found the problem. I recently installed a new GPU and coolers and some how one of my RAM sticks popped out (it wasn't fully in the RAM slot), so I simply pushed it in and now it works. Thank god nothing was faulty.
