Computer temps way to high?

I am using AMD Overdrive and recently my computer has been getting very hot...

In the CPU Status Tab my thermial margin is a 14.0
In the GPU Status Tab the temp is 50?? idle
and in my Fan Control Tab its 63.0 idle is this bad/how do i fix it if it is

Catalyst Control Center, the latest version>Radeon Settings>Gaming>Global one settings>Global One Drive>Fan Settings> adjust slider.

Manually adjust in the Radeion software under the OC settings for the GPU fans. My R9 380 ASUS OC version runs a 55% fixed fan speed and the GPU is the same temp. as the CPU. You might have to fiddle with the speeds a bit. Been running that way for almost a year.

Ok so it seems that my computer isn't hot anymore when I touch it but my GPU temp is still a 70 when I run that game

My computer gets hot when I try to render a video through Sony Vegas any help on that?

Oh yeah I was touching my case when playing games/rendering a video In Sony Vegas and it was hot HOT and it blows a lot of hot air in my face
