Out of the box what are the fan settings in the bios of a stock Nvidia gpu?

Uh, most gpus( unless you tinker with it) have a pre built fan rpm curve based on the temps.

most gpu at post spin fans to 100 percent to check that there working then the drivers/firmware default to 30-40 percent of max speed. the newer asus gpu now have 0 fan speed intell the gpu hits 40c.
