Looking to upgrade my motherboard but i wanna keep my CPU

Specs:
CPU: Intel core i5-4430
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
Ram: 8.00gb dual-channel DDR3
Motherboard: MSI B85M-P33
PSU: EVGA 650 GS

Please recommend a full ATX motherboard or a good motherboard and CPU upgrade.

im also on a tight budget so lets keep it affordable :p

Well you can try some good usb card like asus xonar u7 or something from creative, they are really good soundcards on usb.

EDIT: I have Asus xonar u7 and i m really happy with it, good quality of the sound.

My in board soundcard is faulty and i dont really wanna get it fix cause if i get a sound card ill get better audio and hopefully no more problem.
unfortunately my Motherboard is a mini ATX and i dont have enough slot to add a sound card.

In your opinion is it worth to upgrade or just bare with the motherboard i have now?

The only problem really is my onboard soundcard is kinda faulty do you think its worth upgrading or should i just keep what i have now since everything works perfectly except the soundcard

and i'm sure a USB sound dongle would be better than any on board sound.
