Hi, i just 1 question.Can i buy an extra PCIe x1 slot and install/put in my Motherboard, which already has one PCIe X1 ???

That is the piece of hardware i want to insert/install into my motherboard. One came installed as standard and i can see another adjacent spot, which can house another slot (in the link thingy).

No you can't add an extra slot. What you got from the factory is what you are stuck with.
