Hey! First time posting here so sorry if this is a common knowledge question.

I've got a stock pc that has done me well for games for awhile: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04030171

But It's not good enough for the new Dark Souls 3 so i was looking to upgrade my graphics card to something around maybe a Radeon HD 7850.

My question is, is my motherboard ( Memphis-s ) compatible with this graphics card? If not maybe you can point me in the right direction of a budget solution to my problem.

Thanks in advance!

Well your motherboard has the right PCI Express x16 (Gen 3.0) slot. But with your 300W power supply, the highest card you can put in there would likely be a GEFORCE GTX 950 LOW POWER (the version WITHOUT the 6-pin PCI-E connector). I don't know what the inside of your case looks like, so even if you upgraded your power supply you might not be able to fit in a larger video card.
