I messed up my front panel connectors and now the computer won't turn on

So I made some wrong connections ..........but then I fixed them all on the right pins for the front panel.
Now my PC just won't start ....not even the CPU fan !!
I have checked the connections I made again..........they are alright but I think before getting them wrong has fried my mobo.

Unplug everything. Then remove your cpu power socket. Reply the power socket and check if the mobo has any light indicator. Usually it'll turn on upon plugging even if not powered on. If you saw that it's on then you just have a bad connection on the power button.

If you have absolutely no sign of life at all, literally no signs of power flowing check that the main 20 / 20+4 pin connector that goes from the PSU into the Mobo is connected properly; I had this issue before, probably won't be the case for you but it's worth a shot.

Shorting up the pins ......worked ......and now the problem is the power switch connectors .........how could I fix this
