Trying to see if my pc can handle this gfx card: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Quieter-Graphics-04G-P4-2974-KR/dp/B00NVODXR4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

If not, what should i upgrade my Asus HD7770 too? I play and stream games.

My specs:
CPU: AMD FD6300WMHKBOX FX-6300 6-Core Processor Black Edition
GPU: ASUS HD7770-2GD5 2GB
Motherboard:M5A97 R2.0 (Bios ver. 6/26/2015)
Ram: G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL 8GB (2 x 4GB) (I have 16gb in total, so 4 sticks of this ram)
PSU: EVGA 500 W1 80+, 500W Continuous Power 100-W1-0500-KR

Solution
yup

not only is the "recommended psu" a 500w, but that card will only draw 170-200watt, leaving a generous 150 for your system, and thats 350watts, you are well within range of your PSU
