I put together this build, as of right now i have a 1080p monitor but plan on going to 1440p later on. I didnt want anything to do with amd processors as intel is stronger in general, and i already have a hdd i plan to use. Here is the build, any thoughts or better builds i will look into. I plan on buying the parts towards the end of may.

Solution
if ur gonna play on 1440p u gonna need atleast an i5.. for 1080p for now i3 is okayish..
And that power supply isnt the best option... id say get a decent psu..
Evga is good but that model isnt...
get atleast a 650W since u have a 390..
And that mobo is a waste of money...

try this instead

Basically what I see is you picked a expensive video card and built a cheap computer around it to fit your budget. Not the best way to do things. Have a look at this system which is better overall with an i5 and twice the storage and a much better power supply and will perform well for gaming.
