i7 2600 non K (Upgrading from i3 3220)
Gigabyte H61M-S1
GTX 970 4GB (Upgrading from R9 270x 2GB)
Kingston HyperX fury 8GB
2.5TB HDD
Corsair VS550!
I'm getting new CPU and GPU. I would like to know if it's fine and what about the power consumption after upgrade. I heard that 970 consumes less power than 270x from GPUBOSS!

My uncle offered that CPU for low price. He also have i7 3770! I personally not a hardcore gamer but would like to play all games on ultra! but my monitor is just 1366x768! :p

Thanks for that quick response! My PSU is around 6months old. Just telling that it isn't old. Would the PSU fine for that. As 970 consumes around 30W lesser than 270x! Would that be fine?
