This Graphics is out of stock and I don't know what to get that'll go for my PC and fit perfectly
Graphics card :http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487225&cm_re=EVGA_GeForce_GTX_950_DirectX_12_02G-P4-1950-KR_2GB_128-Bit_GDDR5_PCI_Express_3.0_SLI_Support_Video_Card-_-14-487-225-_-Product

PC Parts :http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tXJfsY
I plan on playing Games like
H1Z1,DayZ, CS:GO, GTA 5 from time to time, and other fun games that come out on the PC
(I won't be gaming too hard, i'll be on the Playstation 4 most of the time... and when i get bored i'll be hopping on the PC)
I also plan on editing using Vegas and Photoshop

Solution
Just purely stat wise take the MSI. If it was me i would go EVGA, the last handfull of cards ive bought were evga and the OC great.

It looks like there are different configurations of that same card available. On NewEgg. Dual DVI, SC, etc. just not the stock GTX 950. On the other hand, the GTX 750ti 4GB WindForce 2X OC edition has peeked my curiosity as of late. It is about the same price, just about as fast, and twice the RAM.

@Rookie_MIB
Is it just as good as the one that's sold out? And would it fit in perfectly? And have no issues?
@Timmoseus is that at the same price ? And for the extra DVI port, what's the difference between the 2?

Okay, so I have came up with this for all my parts
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pWBvwP
It fits my budget and I'm wondering will I have Any problems with it. (The Motherboard is "Used Like New" condition and it's sold by Amazons wear house... Should I save some money and buy the used like new ?)
Like I said earlier I plan on playing Games like
H1Z1,DayZ, CS:GO, GTA 5 from time to time, and other fun games that come out on the PC
(I won't be gaming too hard, i'll be on the Playstation 4 most of the time... and when i get bored i'll be hopping on the PC)
I also plan on editing a lot using Vegas and Photoshop. Will I run into trouble ? And I'll be downloading OS from Windows and buying a key on Reddit.
Will I run into building trouble ?
And when I insert the USB will it load up Windows automatically or do I have to do some digging :(

I'd advise using something like Rufus to properly create the bootable USB, just slapping the ISO on there won't work. (You can download it here: https://rufus.akeo.ie/). I believe Microsoft also has their own mounting tool, too.

The i3 will be a little rough with vegas and photoshop, the power supply is a tier 3 which is a middle ground unit so if your not overclocking you should be ok with. You might be a little better of with a 2x4gb kit then a single 1x8 stick, dual channel will help out more with Vegas and PS.

Could you tell me a little bit more about rufus? cause on PC build videos they just say go to microsoft and download the OS you're going to use.

What do you mean by being a little rough? and overclocking? I edit on my old laptop and it turns out okayy... but i just can't preview things and vegas crashes on my laptop... so would you think i'll be good since i could be able to edit on this laptop and buying this PC would be 10x better (4-5ish year old laptop)

I don't mind waiting a little longer for videos to render... if it renders overnight, i'll be pretty happy.

Downloading the iso file is one thing. You can't just copy it onto a USB thumbdrive however and expect a computer to be able to boot off it.

Rufus is a utility that will format the drive properly and then copy the iso (or more correctly, the files in the iso file) in the proper way so that when your computer goes to boot up, it can read and boot off the thumb drive and install windows.

And my build would be great for video work.. ;) It'll transcode a HD video across a network (source and destination files on a remote server) at about 140fps. I think it's network-limited. Converting a local file on a local drive would probably be... faster.

So i can't go here (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10) and download the windows 10 and be able to boot off of the USB by clicking F2 or F12 and go through the settings? And how do i use rufus?

You should use either the Microsoft tool that is in that link, or use Rufus. I have used both and neither are difficult to use.
