I've spent two days off of the division and don't plan to spend another. I NEED YOUR HELP!

Hi, I Updated firmware in device manager, restarted PC, MSI was installing some updates and thus where the problem occurred of having no signal/video output. I've tried many things to get my system back and running, I ran BIOS2 after failed attempts to reset BIOS1 but BIOS2 automatically began installing updates and crashed just as BIOS1 did. 00 on seven segment display no mobo boot up, out of ideas. WHAT DO I DO?

I had one significant problem which led me to update firmware, I was having problems with my headset; microphone tried everything... so I just began updating in device manager... audio drivers along with everything else and was told everything but my firmware was up-to-date... so I updated it. Defective mobo? Literally tried everything! PLEASE HELP!

00 is no BIOS loading. RMA the board if you can saying only that it's not working offer no more information than that. If it's past the RMA period then see if MSI will do a cross ship warranty where they send you a new board while yours is being shipped.

Appreciate the help guys.

I was in the process of requesting technical support from msi with extensive and descriptive information on the matter.

My warranty is far from over I built my system on the 3/12/2016

Here's my synopsis;

Audio not working > firmware update failed, no signal/video output > tried smoothing things via BIOS2... crashed > 00 on seven segment display, no POST/STARTUP.

Zerk, you said don't give them anymore information than "its not working", are you sure I should? Sorry to question what you stated I'm just really edgy about the whole thing (first build, first problem). Have you had to RMA with MSI before and was it successful?
