Two SATA III controllers from different manufacturers in a software RAID

I will be building a server with 4 HDDs in a software RAID. The problem is that the moderboard I am planning to use has 2 of the SATA ports controlled by a AMD FT3 Kabini A4-5000 cotroller and 2 sata ports controlled by a ASMedia ASM1061 controller.
Will using two different SATA controllers from two different manufacturers represent a problem with the functioning of the disk array?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your answer, FireWire2! How much should the throughput be affected? Will it affect the read/write speed in a noticeable or significant way?
Thanks again!

What RAID level are you interested to build? RAID 5 (ony in server version) is lot more calculation demanded, where RAID0/1/10 is trivia

Most of the time ASMedia ASM1061 is connected to MB as x1 lane (5Gb) or 500MB/s roughly... if you are using SATA then you may not noticeable, but SSD than you can see it
