Need help with throttling down bandwidth on home router. I have TP-Link W8901N. I could not find bandwidth control in my router setting page. I badly need help with this. I read on Internet about QoS. But there is no bandwidth control in QoS on Router page(there is QoS in router page). Can't not understand on QoS settings. Give any possible solutions. Thanks

Setting the router to a “802.11b” wifi selection, will throttle the WiFi. But this will throttle wifi for everyone and make it practically useless for streaming quality video. But unlike QoS, it is easy to set. Anyway, the manual for your router says that QoS is for prioritization, not throttling. What it will not help is on wired connections. There is little you can do with most home equipment to throttle wired users so you have to look at a personnel management rather than technological management to solve the problem.
