I just recently discovered a weird problem with my home network, namely that every time someone, be it on wireless laptop or cabled PC, starts watching a youtube video, the others ping goes from around 40ish to over a 100 every few seconds. The annoying thing is, i'm in a game and someone in the house starts a youtube video i lag every few seconds. I confirmed it, its only youtube, so a twitch stream or even a download would leave my ping ok. I believe it started when my ISP set us up to new VOIP phones, and gave a new router: a ZTE ZXV10 h201l model. Is there some kind of settings i can try to tweak? Or should i ask for a new router?
