I'm looking for a water-block and Backplate for this GPU Please Help fast working on this for a graduation gift and want to get it built and the water cooling set up ASAP

If money isn't your issue go to EK waterblocks. They have a configurator tool which you can select your GPU, CPU, and Motherboard and they will give you the parts you need for your components. Granted this is expensive.

I would agree with jayhawker32 above. EKWB Configurator should also at least confirm compatibility for most blocks, assuming the GPU is reference PCB.
