What should I upgrade next?

Hi, I'm wondering, if I were to do an upgrade, what would it be? Can you find any major bottlenecks in my system? It performs fine, but I'm not sure if I have an under powered GPU bottle necking my CPU.

My specs:
PSU: EVGA 500w
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
CPU: AMD FX-4350 Quad-Core
GPU: EVGA GT740 Single Slot
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB (2x8GB)
HDD: WD-Blue 1TB
Case: Rosewill FBM-01
Chassis Fan: ARTIC F9 PWM 92mm (replacement for outtake fan)

I'd definitely go for a NVIDIA GTX 950, for that price it is the best bang for the buck, I'm going to buy one myself. When it comes to manufacturer.. I'd go with MSI, but there are not many differences, ASUS, GIGABYTE, EVGA, ZOTAC are also great. The ASUS Strix also looks pretty cool. Take your pick ;-)
