Ok, so, as far as i know, my PC should be relatively OK, not great, but able to run some games... but for some reason i only get about 25-45 frames on lowest settings on bf4. I just want to know if its my hardware, whether its something internal with my pc, or if im crazy. Any help is appreciated.

CPU is actually only at 57C, for some reason it just shows as 206C on speccy (always has)

You apparently don't understand how the VRM protects itself. When it gets too hot (believe me it gets really hot with that non-supported 125W CPU), it can trigger a very high and obviously bogus CPU temperature; that way the motherboard can throttle the CPU to 1.4 GHz. By throttling it, the CPU draws less power and the VRM can cool down; a side effect is that FPS also drops significantly (the part that you don't like). This would be more obvious if you used AMD Overdrive to monitor the CPU. At low loads, the CPU should run at full speed, but as soon as the load gets too high, you should see very low thermal margins and throttling.

Use AMD overdrive to get accurate temps .
Overdrive measures the thermal margin . Thats a measure of how much hotter it can be and still be fine . Large numbers indicate it running cool . Negative numbers indicate its overheating.

The motherboard you have is technically capable of running that processor but it is very weak and the problem may well be that the Voltage Regulators [vrm] are getting too hot and the board is cutting speeds to protect itself

No 125W CPU is on the supported list for a reason; it can run it, but throttling the CPU down to 1.4 GHz causes low FPS.

ok, so under no load it bounces anywhere from 2.0 - 13.0 on the thermal margin, and obviously you are right and it is over heating as soon as i load bf4. Do you have any reccomendations for new motherboards that arent too expensive?

Is your case ATX or microATX? There are no really good microATX motherboards; the ATX size Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P will have absolutely no issues with your CPU even if you use an aftermarket cooler; same with the MSI 970 Gaming or the new GIGABYTE GA-970-Gaming SLI. You need a good VRM to prevent throttling.
