i know games are more gpu intensive than cpu but i still wanna make this qeustion

current system:

cpu: AMD Athlon II x4 635 2.9GHz
gpu: radeon HD 5570
power: 300W
motherboard: Gigabyte 870A-UD3 rev 2.1
2x 4GB ram

what should i prioritize of upgrading ?
also what recommended gpu/cpu of 200-300$ ?

Solution
you wouldn't want to re-use the 5570 - the iGPU built into the CPU is better, but you won't need it at all. the 390 can handle two-screen gaming by itself, gaming on one screen and streaming video on the other won't even cause it to break a sweat, and with 8 GB of video ram, its no slouch at rendering. the 6600K will overclock very easily (the Deepcool cooler is as good as the Cooler Master 212 EVO that is a favorite around here, but less expensive. With it, you should easily get the 6600K to 4.3 to 4.5 GHz
you probly need to upgrade everything.
the CPU would be a good budget CPU in 2010.
the GPU is entry level for 2010.
The PSU is inadequate for almost anything.
And the motheroard won't run the 'latest' (ca. 2012) AMD CPUs

at best, you could probably upgrade the GPU to a 750ti, which uses the same power as the 5570, but it will still struggle in modern games

i'll be doing rendering with the new pc aswel as gaming with 2 monitors (for streaming)
(atleast if i can re-use my HD5570 with that motherboard)
(it will be first time that i build a pc myself)

i never used an intel brand , are they good overclockers and good at rendering ?
sounds solid so far thanks!
