suggest desktop mobo chipset for another 10 years

Hi,
I comfortably run my desktop (home pc )since ten years with heavy soft wares like Autocad , Photoshop ,msoffice etc on win 7(present) with the following configuration :

intel core 2 duo e7200 @ 2.53Ghz
4GB single channel DDR2 @ 399 MHz;
mobo: intel DG33FB(J1PR)
HDD: 1TB western digital ;

Would like to upgrade my desktop to run my home pc for another 10 years keeping in-view of heavy softwares like autocad etc.

would be very much thankful if you could suggest me suitable desktop configuration to to run heavy softwares on heavy duty basis on windows OS for coming 10 years .

well, base on your budget, and cpu you pick
normaly, a pc for 5 year will not be an issue
but if you want it up to 10 years, you may want to use i7 cpu as well
so....well, for the future upgrade, a nice z170 motherboard with a i7 or i5 k series cpu is a good start
try msi z170a gaming pro carbon, and i5 6600k
