last bios file for z77 sabertooth 2104.
z77st.cap bios renamer need for usb flashback. leave the bios name alone if using onboard bios updater.
put the usb stick on the lower usb port. with the power off press the flashback button. it should blink for a few min then turn off.
if not get a new usb stick.

ya, maybe you put the use in wrong slot
I remember it will be at next to the network slot.
if you still cant fix it, just call service for help, their mb do have the issue for bios upgrade sometime
