850 watts would probably be enough. The 1KW is a nice comfortable amount of over provisioning. No worries.

Nice build. You were correct. 1KW is fine. Titanium efficiency is really overkill. A Gold model would be fine but that's up to you and your budget. EVGA is one of the best available. Good choice.
