Fps drops, High CPU usage, Stuttering, etc.
Also there is like 2 kind of popular stores in my country.
The other is cheaper than the other.(or expensive than the other)
One store is selling alot of i5's but its expensive.
One store is selling only i5 4690, and its cheaper than the other store.
this is why i wanted a i5 4690.
(its wierd asf)

The choice of the i5 is not important, just get the cheapest you can find or the best you can afford.
As long as it is compatible with the mobo, it will work fine.

i3 is in deed a lot weaker than any i5 and could cause problems on processor intensive games.
Most games rely however more on GPU than processors.
If you can afford an i5, go for it.

What do you mean compatible with the mobo? Don't i only need make sure that i have 1150 socket?

Anyways.
I don't really THAT desperately need that for now.
Another question tho.
My motherboard is 1150 socket.
I can put a intel i5 4th gen right?

(Also how do i close answers and stuff, Like making this thingy solved)

I saw that getting a new monitor will fix my issues. Seems that the CPU usage is reduced and the GPU usage is higher.
Is it true? Should i get a new monitor instead?(1920x1080)

That's not true. CPU usage is the same, but it requires more from your GPU to run at a higher resolution.

Let's say for instance, that you run a 1366x768 screen, your CPU can deliver 40fps, and your GPU can deliver 60fps. You will only get 40fps, because your CPU can't feed your GPU quickly enough.

If you upgrade to a 1920x1080 screen, your GPU may only be able to deliver 35fps at that resolution. You're still running the same game, and your CPU can still deliver 40fps, so it's no longer the bottleneck, but you can't magically get more CPU performance by increasing your GPU workload.

Like what?
So what you're saying changing monitor wouldn't change stuff?

Tell me everything and what should i do.
My computer knowledge isn't the best.... Sorry.
Please help me and tell me what to do, or should i upgrade monitor and stuff.

What I'm saying is, games generally have a fixed amount of CPU needs. If a game can only run up to 40fps on a Core i5, it will only ever reach a maximum of 40fps, regardless of what monitor or GPU you have. However, it's very possible for it to run at less than that, if you increase your resolution or raise graphical settings enough.

Realistically, your i5 is plenty of CPU for 99.9% of games out, and you will not be limited to the hypothetical "40fps" scenario I made up above to illustrate a point.

Your GTX 960 should be able to run the vast majority of games at very high settings at 1366x768. If you move up to a 1920x1080 monitor, you may need to drop your details down to medium or high in some games, so that your GTX 960 can still maintain the same framerates, but I think it's still plenty of GPU power to run games nicely at 1080P.

If I were you, I would get a nice 1080P screen, somewhere between 23" and 27".

I also heard that less resolution=less GPU usage.
Less gpu usage means i don't get the max frames i can get right?

You really can do whatever you want. I use a 27" screen myself, and would consider a smaller one to harm my experience.

More resolution does = more GPU usage, but so do more game details. That doesn't mean we want to run our games at minimum details, does it?

Hm.
When i'm hitting high CPU usage, and high GPU usage. i barely get any lags, stuttering, and * . So i think upgrading the monitor would be better
