Can i5 4th gen, GTX 950 and 16 gb RAM run those new high end games?

Hello guys, I'm planning to buy this specs for my pc, i5 4th gen, GTX 950, and an 8gb RAM, my question is can this run those new high end games like GTA V, MGS V, Fall out 4, The Division, those game that are demanding on at least high to ultra settings in a descent fps? Thanks Tom's Hardware!!!!!

I assume u have 1080p monitor (reso also matters) but depending on the game u should be able to obtain ~30+ - 40+ fps (high / maybe a few ultra settings / if u dont crank antialising settings all way up). Btw u can find a lot of videos on youtube with various i5 4th gen + gtx 950.

Thanks kestzro, it's my first time to ask here so I'm glad that you answered my question, so for your own opinion, this set up is good for those games with high settings, btw, what's with the monitor? I know nothing about that?

I would say no to "high/ultra" presets for any of those games listed, but a 950 can run those games at playable framerates at lower settings or custom mixed settings.

The monitor is about your screen resolution, how many pixels are on screen, 720p/1080p, ect are 1920x1080 and similar on your computer.
