I am looking to buy a gaming computer for the sole purpose of playing two games: Roller coaster tycoon world and planet coaster.
I have been looking at a custom built computer on craigslist for $300.

CPU: I5-2500K
Motherboard: Biostar TZ68A+
Video Card: Asus 6950HD DCII
SSD: Samsung 128 GB
HDD: 1 TB
RAM: 12 GB
Rosewill Capstone 750W PSU
Case: HAF X

Questions:
1. Will this be powerful enough to run the two games at a relatively high level?
2. How should I evaluate the computer when I see it - is there anything in particular I should do to make sure the person is not ripping me off with a piece of junk?
3. Is this worth the $300 or should I keep scouring craigslist/other sites?

Solution
Just ask when the PC was built under 3 years old would be best. An old power supply is e biggest risk, if it's really old it will probably die.

AND ALWAYS ASK TO TEST THE PC

How would I go about doing that when I see it in person? Also, what problems could potentially arise if it is old?
