is there a reason you are buying those old parts? Or do you already own this computer? Your question isn't quite clear.
The i7 2600 is still fine today but the gtx 560ti is just old and not good anymore.
Otherwise I don't see any problems with it.

i suggest a more up to date OS such as windows 8 or 10 and that graphics card isn't exactly a gaming card. i suggest a good 750 ti or better if you've got the budget

The graphics card and CPU are old, and I don't know about the power supply but the rest isn't too bad. Win 7 still runs a bunch of new games even though its on its way out. You should be able to upgrade that. I wouldn't say that is necessarily "bad" but defiantly isn't good or great.

How much are you getting it for is the question id ask.

i think your all being a little hard. certainly by no means, is top of the range. But still a very capable machine.

Pro's :

I7 2600k - overclockable (admittedly 2nd gen Core) k-cpu with four cores running at 3.4 with 3.8 turbo at stock, plus HT for 8 threads, which is good for editing.
16gb ram
plenty of storage
decent MB too.
Water block for CPU cooling, which will allow a decent OC on the CPU.

Con's:
Maybe new PSU, if it's the original it will have degraded efficiency over a few years.
GPU - It's and old GPU, and although very decent in it's day, as others have suggested - a GPU upgrade would be good. A GTX950 is a good starting point for decent 1080p gaming.

Overall, with just a GPU upgrade and maybe a PSU, this is a viable gaming machine, and will get high settings (GPU dependant) in most modern games.

The OP hasn't asked how much its worth, although the post is suggestive of that. Maybe it's been giving to him.
