I checked on my motherboard's (P8H61-M LX) BIOS that my 3.3 volt power supply gets only 2.984. It closes automatically sometimes I think because it reaches even less volts. I recently installed a fan on the motherboard's "Cha_fan" port. Is it the problem for low voltage, or something else. What can I do about it? (Have in mind that 5 and 12 v are perfectly fine).

@Quaddro You were right. I opened the case with my dad and put out all the cables from PSU to every component. And we put it back. And we tested it with his multimeter. And it showed 3.31v which is normal. The we put everything back, boot up the pc and checked the BIOS. The BIOS showed pretty much the same volts. (0.2 volts difference from multimeter). So i think unplugging and pugging back everyrhing fixed the problem.
