As the title says I have a Crucial MX 100 256GB SSD for a year and a half now and its wonderful. Its used mainly for read only just for playing my DOTA 2 and other games I don't download anything on it. Wondering how many years will it last me? is it just as reliable as Intel and Samsung? I am hoping to get 15 years out of this SSD.

Solution
The first SSD I purchased was an Intel 2nd generation. It was the first of Intel's ssd's that had TRIM support built-in. That was 2009. It has been used as a primary drive with Windows on it ever since. Zero issues.

15 years is a long way down the road. As USAFRet said, it will become obsolete before it dies, assuming you don't get a bad apple, so to speak.
