Why can't I use a full 4tb on windows 10?
Specs: 4tb hdd, msi 9704gb, 16gb of RAM, and MSI GD65 Gaming Motherboard. If you can find a video on how to resolve this on windows 10, that would be a plus. TY I really want to know why it's not showing up. 2tb keeps getting filled up.

Solution
Your drive would appear to be formatted as MBR.
To use the full 4TB, it needs to be formatted as GPT.

Of course, this will require a full wipe and reinstall.

Very common issue. UEFI with MBR will max out around 2TB. You'll have to change the partition to GPT. Unless you have a 3rd party software to change it over, Windows will require you to reformat the drive.
