Sure. There are 'small' cases, some even with a handle.
But then, you also have to haul the monitor, and cables, keyboard, mouse....

You can also find All-In-One computers that are more portable. I've seen plenty of briefcase mods too, where the computer is the lower half and the monitor is secured to the top half. Honestly, there are some pretty nice gaming laptops out there now.
