Good Gaming PC for around $1000?

Hello everyone. Just started to get back into gaming on the PC and my computer is pretty slow. Looking for a new one in the $1000 dollar price range. Never build a computer before and have no idea what i'm doing so that's out of the question. Thanks for the help.
Mainly playing Runescape right now but would like to play CSGO and League of Legends in the future. Also would like to be able to watch twitch/youtube and be on skype without lagging. I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to specs, as I have no idea what's good or bad. So hopefully someone can recommend me something good. I don't want to go and get ripped off.

well stay away from prebuilt "gaming" pc's as they often are quite marked up in price as they know most of the people buying them are ignorant to the internals actual value. I suggest just buying something at your local best buy or staples that atleast has an nvidia gpu and i7 5xxx or greater. Then just upgrade it with basic parts, or go all out idk.

I just need the tower/box. I have a benq monitor 1920x1080 im just looking for a new computer i have no idea how to build one rather just buy one.
