The only way to know for sure is to try. :)

Just keep an eye on your temps, you don't want to go much over 60c with an 8 core FX. Here's a great place to start reading.

4 +1 phase power and a 760G chipset says it's probably not a very good overclocker. It is a Gigabyte UD series board though so it might surprise you and work better than the specs would imply.

Ah okay thanks as I have 8320 black edition I was going to try and overclock. I was only going to try and get 4.0 or 4.2ghz not a heavy overclock. I have good airflow in my case and a deep cool after market cpu cooler do you think these will help keep the overclock stable?
