I built my first PC and I was having trouble with it when it wouldnt display anything with the graphics card in. I even plugged the display into the motherboard itself. Nothing. So i took out my gpu and started the pc up and it started to display the BIOS screen. I dont know how to fix it, please help me, thank you.
Specs:
ASUS Z170-A motherboard
ASUS GeForce gtx 980ti
EVGA 750 watt Psu
i7 6700k

maybe set the bios to use the pcie instead of detecting your gpu. also reset bios and if nothing works try another video card to see if that displays anything. If that won't work aswell, then your pcie slot might be dead. If you don't have another gpu, try to put your gpu in a friend's pc and see if it starts there.
