My CPU has been overheating really bad (80+ Celsius). We cleaned the heat sink, My voltage is right, and im about to put on some more thermal paste.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Right amount (not too much) of good TIM is most important, center of processor transfers more that 90% of heat. Making sure that fan speed follows the heat raise is also important.
Other than that, better, aftermarket cooler may be called for, those stock ones are in "just enough but no more" category.
You may also consider using AMD Overdrive program for monitoring as other programs are apt to produce erroneous results.

It was the thermal paste. Funny thing is when i was replacing it i went ahead and wiped it all off and then came to found out that we only had a minuscule amount.. luckily my buddy pulled through and brought me some. Thanks for answering though i appreciate it!
