So I've already asked about Computer parts for '800 Sovs', I'm wondering what recommendations people could give for £600...

What type of performance difference would I get between the £800 build and builds for around £600?

-The £800 Build-

The games I'll be playing will range from CS:GO, which runs on my Potato of a computer now (although minimal settings *_*), to games like Arma 3 and Heavily modded Garry's Mod.

I'll also be doing a bit of Media work, if that would change anything. Also, should I go for a Windows Disk and a Disk drive in a build, or just get a key and do the USB install?

tbh, that would be hard without sacrificing something solid, and limiting future capacity
could change gpu to a 150£ 960,
shave 10bucks of mother board if chaning to h170, but then you should change cpu too which would shave of another 20bucks
and since we a gutting the system why not the psu too to a Seasonic S12-II 520W thats 20 bucks there too

but you are really starting to limit yourself ;) and only saving like 70£ and start shave off more and your potato might end up being better
