Memory problems in my computer

Hi,
Could someone tell me if anything looks out of the ordinary here? http://i.imgur.com/Vighknf.png

I messed around with some memory settings a while ago (probably a year ago) and I have always felt there was something wrong with my computer. A big problem I had was that I could not leave my computer on for more than a day as the memory would just pile up even if I had no programs running on the computer.

Should I look to possibly somehow factory reset the PC and start again? Thanks in advance!

That screenshot shows nothing really since it just shows your RAM use, not what is running.

And there is no way to help with this: "messed around with some memory settings", since we need to know exactly what you did to know if it was...

Have you looked at what programs are using the memory in the system? Done a virus scan?

A clean Windows setup should clear things up, but if you happen to install what is causing your issue now, it will just be back the same way, so pay attention to the system and how it acts and how it acts when you start installing programs.
