HDD to SSD but cant see both my hdd

So i had just my one hdd, I had another but decide to not install it ( i ordered one but some how didn't realize i ordered two and was going to send it back but decided not to). So i recently got an SSD 850 EVO and i used Paragon program to clone just the OS and i successfully switched drives though i think it just cloned everything since i have other programs after formatting original HDD but whatever its working. When i did this i decided to install my other HDD( so OS on my SSD and two HDD 1TB)I can see one of my HDD but i cant see the other. I believe i have enough power since i can see it through intel rapid storage but its not showing up in my this pc or anything??? So what do i need to do or am i looking at this wrong Help Please

does it show on "Disk Management"???
if it does, then does it have a drive letter assigned to it???

No all i see is my ssd its reserve partion which shows up twice and one of the hdd

I don't know that I've ever heard of a successful implementation of that particular tool and function.

Can you post a screencap of your Disk Management window?

Open Disk Management and allocate a drive letter and size. Partition if necessary. Right click on the HDD. What options does it give you? Initialize, Format, give it a drive letter.

Id post a screen shot but i dont see where to add one. and in disk management i dont see the other drive just the ssd and one hdd and reserves. second hdd is missing but when i open up intel rapid storage it sees all 3

alright so i opened disk management again and i saw at the bottom the other hdd and it says its unallocated. i right click on it and it gives me these options convert to dynamic disk... convert to GPT disk offline properties and help

the unallocated needs to be converted to ntfs file format for u to see it like other drives...

u can also use https://www.partitionwizard.com/ or partition magic to convert it to ntfs...
