Hi folks, i have a question for all of you who have built a PC before:

I am planning to build a mid-level gaming PC. I want to be able to play most games and record them for Youtube / stream them to Twitch. I am not going for High / Ultra settings but would like to be able to run my games on at least Medium graphics settings.

All I want is to build a PC that is reliable for playing games and that won't just become irrelevant too quickly months.

So, now that i have bored you enough, here's what i was thinking about putting in my PC case:

Processor:
Intel i3-6100 @ 3.7 Ghz (Dual Core)

Graphics Card:
MSI GeForce 750 Ti , 2GB

RAM:
8GB or 16GB (probably DDR3)

Hard Drive:
SEAGATE 1TB Barracuda 64MB 7200.12 SATA 6Gb/s (or really any other reliable 1TB Hard Drive)

Power Supply:
I think a 500W Power Supply will suffice

Still at a loss for what motherboard to put on it...:(
Could you suggest one?

So, what do you think? I have done some research and i figure it should do for most games (i mainly play MMOs or MOBAs).

Thanks for your time! :bounce:

Solution
you should limit your expectations, especially mmorpgs will benefit from a quad core processor.
Did you know you can play league csgo with the onboard graphics on 60+ fps, and that the new graphic cards release in june.
why don't you do what i did and add a cpu later when u got enough money.
you will notice less stutter when you record from a ssd, also it keeps your pc fast forever.
its big enough to store 4-5 triple a games and you can add 1tb later.
