No , you need one on the front when a gpu like that is in use. Front: 1 x 120mm Fan (Optional) and looking at the case i would use a SP -static pressure fan on the front (120mm) and one AF -Air Flow fan on the side lower position (120mm)

tbh no, it doesnt have the best of reviews, as if the stats from manufacturer doesnt hold up anyway near of what is should, its weird (real world numbers will always be lower than manufacturer's but this much is strange)
what is your budget for the 2 fans? perhaps we can suggest some that are solid, and within your range?

Best way to find out is to try it and see.
Run with the standard fan, and monitor your GPU and CPU temperature while gaming.
If they gradually get hotter and hotter after 20mins, 40mins etc, and your case becomes warm to the touch, you need another case fan.
In comparison, If you take the side of the case off, your GPU and CPU will get a constant flow of fresh air, and so will soon reach a constant temperature.
When your CPU and GPU run at roughly the same temperature whether you have the side of your case on or off, you have enough fans.
