PSU Question: EVGA 850w G2 good enough for this build?

I just hastily purchased a second MSI GTX 970 and am now concerned I might be running a little light in the power department! Here is my build:

MSI Z97 Gaming 5 mobo
32gig of memory OC
x2 MSI GTX 970 OC
X2 SSDs
X2 standard HDs
i7 Devils Canyon 4.0 cpu OC to 4.4
x8 120mm fans
x1 140mm fan
x1 memory cooler
x2 monitors (27in & 21in)
x1 1080p HD webcam
keyboard, mouse, headset

Thank you for taking the time to look at this and provide me some aid. Much appreciated!

I calculated the wattage with overclocking and the system total was 600 watts. The G2 is a good power supply and the 850 will leave you with plenty of headroom.
