Hello, so recently I found my stock cooler of my processor that it always vibrates and it heats a lot. I don't know what is the reason here, I recently checked my heatsink and I found out that there is no more thermal paste, so I buy a new thermal paste if it solves the problem, but still the same.

1. Does a video card affect the CPU's temperature by usage like playing ultra settings in the video games?

2. What is the main cause of this vibrate thing in my stock cpu cooler?

3. I have a plan to buy an aftermarket cpu cooler to get rid of this vibration and noise thing, what should I buy the CM Hyper 212 Evo or the GAMMAXX 400? Low budget here.

4. What is the most accurate software to check my temperatures for my processor? I used speed fan, HWMonitor and core temp, the speedfan average temp for my proc is: 45C-48C while Core temp is 44C(min) 65C(max) 45C-49C(average), while this HW Monitor in the AMD A10-7850K section: 92C-105C, in Mobo, TMPIN0 61C TMPIN1 46C, in AMD R7(I'm not sure why is this integrated graphics still exists) 46C-47C.

5. Do thermal paste really lower your cpu temps?

Spec:
Motherboard: ASUS A68HM-K
CPU: AMD A10-7850K
GPU: Palit GTX 750 Ti Storm X Dual

Solution
1 Yes your gpu can affect cpu temps cause it creates heat that heat up the rest of the case components. For an example i owned a gtx 285 sli which were hot as hell and every time i gamed on high settings my gpu's make my cpu 10-15 degrees hotter.

2 Stock cooler have low quality and most of the times small noisy fans which fans at high speed create noise and vibration.

3 A hyper 212 is one of the best budget cooler available and is enough even for hotter overclocked cpu's

4 As your cpu is amd,you will need to use amd overdrive which is the most accurate for amd systems, other programs can not read amd temps correctly.Thats why hwmonitor shows you so high temps.

5 Thermal paste is not something extra that only lowers temps. Its important...

Proofy

Admirable
Yes cpu will work more on higher video settings in game than lower. It's stock cooler, it's suppoused to be loud especially from AMD. Hyper evo 212 is better than GAMMAXX 400.

Those are normal temperatures on load so.. Yes good thermal paste will lover your cpu/gpu temperatures, I'm using arctic MX-4 which is one of the best out there

My advice is to except from changing thermal paste, create a good fan plan for your gpu and use a fan above the vrm.I hope i helped.
